of your contributions are treated differently and

agreed in your contract as accepted on opening of

with I Could Morph.com and sister sites in order to
educate and promote their students and pupils work
are subject to additional terms and conditions as
laid out in their contracts.

Competitions
– in the case of entering our competitions, all
entries become the property of I Could Morph.com its
sisters sites and its third party competition
sponsors who are then free to use those entries in
any fit and proper manner which could include the
use on promotional and sales related goods. If
those images are used in the I Could Morph retail
site then the appropriate amount of commission will
be paid as calculated at the time of the sale. Entry
is subject to additional terms and conditions that
vary from one competition to another. By entering
our competition it will be deemed that you have read
and accepted the terms and conditions prevailing
over that competition.
In order that I Could Morph can use your contribution,
by sending it to us you are confirming that your
contribution is your own original work, is not
defamatory and does not infringe any UK laws, that you
have the right to give I Could Morph and sister sites
and third party sponsors permission to use it for the
purposes specified above, and that you have the consent
of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or
the consent of their parent / guardian if they are under
16. We will endeavour to show your name and or web link

but for operational reasons this is not always possible.
We welcome articles and educational input and
contributions from educators, individuals and
organisations willing to share knowledge. We will
happily provide reciprocal links for any content
